Fireclaw walked into the warriors den to get some sleep. When he looked up he saw mornigstar. "Hi Morningstar. What is wrong?" he asked. He usaully didn't ask the leader questions but something was wrong.

"I know. And I will do everything to get them back." he mewed. His icey blue eyes where birhgt. "But Mornignstar, I think still agree with Birdsong." he hated disagreeing with the leader, he just felt uncomfrontable about it.

Fireclaw looked away from his leader, "That she should come with us so there won't be a fight between the two clans." he mewed, his icey blue eyes looking at the ground. "But I do agree with you and Birdsong."

Eagleclaw picked his way towards his nest. He was almost imediately interested in the conversation taking place. There was just no escaping such depressing talk as Leafkit's disappearance. "If only those kit-thieves were honorable enough to talk or join in an outright battle they might deserve mercy. Instead they sneak around camps in the night."
The dark young warrior had a stray thought and uttered it withouth thinking first (for probably the first time in his life) "I'd almost like to bring in one of their less experienced cats for some serious questioning."

Fireclaw looked up from his converstation to see Eagleclaw come. He ignored him and went back talking to Morningstar.

The ginger tom stood at the entrance of the den, his eyes gleaming. "I don't think MoonClan took Leafkit. How would any of us know of the border between dreamland and reality? For all we know, Leafkit could really be there, doing who knows what, and not in MoonClan. I know your argument, that MoonClan would do their best to not leave a trail." Spiritflare looked at every cat. "But Leafkit has his own scent, too. There would be a trail of him leaving the camp. Besides, any cat would struggle to escape if they're being kidnapped. He's in the DarkForest. If you don't think so, at least take Birdsong with us, and not too big of a patrol. If we bring a medicine cat who doesn't bring any herbs with her, they'll know we're not looking for a fight."
Spiritflare thrashed his tail, glaring at each of them. "We mustn't look for a fight. It's the wrong thing to do. What reason do they have for taking Leafkit, if they did, which I doubt. We have done nothing against them or to any other clan. The only probable reason is because they don't have Leafkit. He's in the Dark Forest!" He let out an exasperated sigh. Why won't they listen?"Oh StarClan! Make them listen to reason!" he muttered.

Fireclaw looked at Spiritflare, his icey blue eyes cold with the hatred of the battle that would be coming soon. He looked at Morningstar, "I agree with you, Morningstar. I don't think that a Medicine cat can stop a battle from coming," he paused to take a breath and said to Spiritflare, "But I do agree with Spiritflare. What if Leafkit isn't in Moonclan and is in this darkforest that TigerRose is speaking of?" he mewed to his leader and Spiritflare.

Eagleclaw couldn't help but cut in. "Darkforest, huh. Spirits can't just turn whole kits into thin air. No, Leafkit's captor is a cat of flesh and blood." Right? he thought. Now doubt was starting to creep into his thoughts. No, Eagleclaw may have been many things but he was not superstitious. He believed in starclan and that was enough. As if to reassure himself once more, he muttered under his breath "Darkforest"

sparklekit heard morningstar talking in the warriors den and she went to ask when she would be an apprentice "morningstar when will i be a apprentice" sparklekit asked as she walked into the warriors den one day her nest would be in here

Fireclaw watched Sparklekit walk into the warriors den. His icey blue eyes sparkling when he say the kit. he remebered when he was a kit and couldn't wait to become an apperntice.
