A large white and silver tabby kit made its threw some bramble and leaves. To a nice and lovely shady spot behind the nursery.
The she-kit stumbled lightly as she pranced to lay down by the small bush. After she got cozy, she needed the ground while looking at the sky that almost resembled her eye color. Rippled river blue.
" Ripples in the stream, so quiet, beautiful dream.... " Ripplekit sang daintily, the last remenence from her mystery parents. She sighed. Who were they, where are they?

Poisonkit

A tiny black kit slid from the nursery, away from his mothers watchful eyes. He grinned as he slid off to the side of the large den. "And he escapes again" he mewed with a dark grin. His red eyes shone with a strange darkness you'd normally find in a highly ambitious warrior. Quickly, he slid through the small tunnel he'd made back to the small clearing he escaped to. But this time, another scent hung on the brambles, and soft singing echoed in his ears. Ew! Happy singing! I think I might have to go crawl in a hole! he thought sarcastically, and threw on a fake grin. Sliding into the clearing, he saw Ripplekit. "Hello Ripplekit!" he said, smoothing out his fur. Unlike a typical black cats fur that shone blue in the sun, his didn't. It stayed black, and just got shiny.

"Greetings, Poisonkit." Ripplekit said sweetly."And how are you this morning?" She sat up and gave her ruffled back a quick lick.

Poisonkit

Poisonkit sat down as Ripplekit spoke. "I'm pretty good. How about you?" he replied. Her eyes really are pretty... he thought, watching the ripple-like pools of blue. Suddenly, he flicked his eyes down to the ground. Not like it matters if their pretty or not. i don't care about such things. he thought, though he wasn't so sure.

Ripplekit smiled"I'm fine." she meowed marveling his red eyes. How unique. Like mine."So, when are you being apprenticed?" she tilted her head cutely.

"As soon as Fieryheart finds me a mentor" he replied, wondering if he was being held back because he was so small. They're probably waiting for me to grow. he thought grudgingly. It'd be just like them. his long claws flexed into the dirt beneath them. But one look at those pool-like eyes calmed him down.

Ripplekit smiled "How many moons are you? I'm going to be apprenticed soon, in a about a half moon!"Ripplekit purred in a evil tone to help sooth the look Poisonkit got after he stated that fieryheart needs to find im a mentor."I'm sure she'll find you one soon, she still needs to get a deputy and a medicine cat. " she stated matterafactually closing her eyes and nodding her, then opening her eyes. Her blue rippled eyes had a new and emotional twinkle to them that Ripplekit didnt feel. Most times her eyes gave way to what she was going or feeling before Ripplekit actually felt that way.

The small kit listened as Ripplekit spoke. "I'm 6 moons. One of my brothers was already apprenticed, but the rest of us are still stuck here." he replied, chuckling slightly as she finished. As she began speaking again, he sighed. "I hope so..." he said. But maybe I'll just get stuck as medicine cat apprentice he added to himself.

Ripplekit stood up"Lets go exploring in the territory, maybe we'll meet some other clan cats and almost rip their fur off!" Ripplekit whispered excitedly. She bounded off hoping that Poisonkit follows, it showed too, bucause she kept looking over her shoulder.

Poisonkit grinned and nodded in agreement, bounding after her. She really isn't that bad! he thought happily. Happy? For once I don't hate someone? Wow, that's and achievement. he thought, quite surprised.

Ripplekit dashed happily in zig-zags then abruptly change direction with her eys wide open, but her midn some where else.
"What should we do?"

it be funny if she bumped right into Poisonkit when she turn direction. and can you use one of ur other clans cats o get them int rouble in a few posts?

Poisonkit jumped back, just barley dodging Ripplekit as she spun around. He chuckled. "I dunno! There's so much to explore out here!" he said, for once feeling like a playful kit, rather then a reserved cat plotting everyone's doom.

Ripplekit gasped as she just barely missed a bump with Poisonkit. Part of her wished she had bumped into him. Her eyes shined extrodinarily with more emotion. Sparks and butterflies shot up and down her, she fought them back with a shake and a few blinks of her eyes."Um, lets try out hunting!" She dropped into a crouch and sniffed for warm and tasty smells.

Poisonkit

Poisonkit grinned slightly, melting into Ripplekit's eyes of blueish green. 'Hunting sounds good!' he replied, jumping into a crouch like he'd seen the apprentices practice. His jaws parted slightly and he tasted the air, trying to find prey scent. There's a lot of scents out here...it's hard to figure out where they're coming from! he thought, find the scent of but rabbit and mouse, but unsure of where both were coming from. 'I can smell rabbit!' he announced, deciding to head away from the gorge. With a grin, he bounded off in the direction of the scent.

Not relizing that Poisonkit was heading in the opposite direction than her, she head towards the smell of mouse. He nose tickled with the warm and tasty smell of mouse! Her jaws parted slightly, her ears errect, she could smell and hear everything out there. She didnt need her eyes, so she closed them. Suddenly she heard the scurry of little feet and the heart beat of a large animal.Huh? she thought confused, then she relized that it was her own heart.

A leaf russtled near by and her eyes flew open and Ripplekit darted forward not thinking. A small vole shot out from under a patch of dry leaves and it ran in the direct of Poisonkit. Thats when Ripplekit noticed that Poisonkit wasnt behind her. She froze in mid run. Where is he?! She thought frantically unable to be out here alone or without him at the moment. It seems alot safer and peacefuller around him.

Ripplekit instintivly followed the vole trail, ut stopped when it veered off her trail. It didnt take long for her to find Piosonkits trail, then she follwed that and the scent of rabbit.he must be chasing a RABBIT Ripplekit thought admiringly."Poisinkit!" she meowed beautifully for him.

When she lost his trail and couldnt find him she called out fractically "Poisonkit" her voice was filled with anxiety, loss, and fright. She looked around quickly.
