I'll explain what the other are for though.
Secratary get messages across. like who are the MOTM and COTM. They get messages all around.
Treasury keeps track of money, who get it, when to spend and such.

Reason I want to help out as much as possible, I am a moderator so i can clean up moderate mistakes. I am organized and Can help you pretty much in any way you wish.

Experience Of being a secretary? well, hmm, I'm a fast typer (when not distracted) And i am a helper in a big organization Irl, which mean i have to organize events and send out letters. I also own my own site well, more than one, as you probably know, and i keep it running successfully.
