Mistywater padded into the nursery to make a nest for when she has her kits she had brought in moss down feathers and some other stuff mistywater layed in her nest and she saw that no other queens were in there was she the only one or were they just out with there kits i will be my time in about a week mistywater thought and she layed down to rest as she had no other place to sleep and she had a dream mistywater was in the nursery and she had 4 no 5 kits it was a complete surprise and mistywater woke up and it was morning again |

Scarpaw poked through the fresh-kill pile, finally selecting a plump vole. His mentor had told him to get some food for the queens in the nursery, instead of taking him to train or go on patrol. The apprentice sighed. Oh, well, Scarpaw thought. The sooner I get this over with the faster we'll actually go do some real training. The young apprentice picked it up in his jaws, wondering what he would teach him, and bounded to the nursery, eager to finish the chore.
When he entered the den, he found Mistywater blinking sleep out of her eyes. Scarpaw dropped the vole on the floor. "Hey," he mewed in greeting. "I brought some fresh-kill for in case you were hungry." Scarpaw prodded the fresh-kill forward toward the queen. "Here."

mistywater looked up "you know that you don't have to do all this for me" mistywater said with a glint of amusement in her eyes "but thank you any way" mistywater said picking up the vole and started to eat as if she had not eaten in days "those feathers can be used for the elders i do not need them" she said with a mouth full of food

The apprentice sat down, watching the queen eat the vole with his bright silver eyes. He might need to get another piece, and he didn't want to waste any energy making unnecessary trips. "I thought the elders already got a bunch of feathers," he mewed. "The apprentice den could use with some though," he suggested brightly. His eyes glinted mischeviously. "I'm sure the others wouldn't mind." Scarpaw looked from Mistywater to Dawnstar, wondering what they would say.

mistywater looked at the apprentice "o scarpaw take them but ask dwanstar first" she said with her eyes glinting with happiness all of a sudden pain hit mistywater she yowled at the pain "the kits are early' she said "someone get bluemoon and tell her to bring poppy seeds" mistywater said forgetting she is not a meddie cat any more

I'm alredy here, and you can't have poppyseeds. They aren't good for queens. Now, when the next sharp pain comes, let me know. You have to push. I brought some thyme and boarge leaves, also. she meowed calmly. After Rainshine had had her kits, she wasn't freaked out anymore but kitting. She now knew that the mother was more stressed then she could ever be. |

Scarpaw was pushing the feathers together when Mistywater cried out for Bluemoon.
"Oh my StarClan! More kits! First Rainshine and now our old medicine cat! This den will be full!" Dawnstar exclaimed before dashing out of the den.
The pale apprentice yelped in surprise. His silver eyes widened in shock. Scarpaw rushed out of the den, forgetting the feathers. The new kits could use them, and he didn't feel like watching. He wasn't even a medicine cat--he wouldn't have to.

"dang gone it how could i forget that" mistywater said mistywater eyes windend the few cats that were in the den left a deep, loud hiss came from mistywater as a sharp pain stabed her right in the gut "ok i think that was it" mistywater said jokingly "OK i think I can do this" all of a sudden a dark drown shape flashed into the nursery
muddyplet bolted into the nursery passing every cat on the way "mistywater i heard you are you ok" muddyplet said then seeing that she was giving birth "uuuhhh uuhhh.........." muddyplet couldn't think of what to say he went over to mistywater a layed by her head and began licking her head "I'll be here for you" he whispered in her ear
mistywater purred when she saw it was muddyplet "thank you " she said softly

mistywater pushed and pushed until a little golden slime covered kit was there mistywater began licked the little kit then anther calico kit was born then a gray kit covered in slime was born then a dark brown with gray spots was born "WOW that was fun, NOT' mistywater said and all of a sudden a stabing pain jabed her belly and anther kit was born it was black "there so little" she mewed she had always loved kits
muddyplet eyes widened as the kits were born "yes they are misty" muddyplet said

Good job Mistywater! Keep Going! She said, a little disturbed by Muddypelt comment. Well don't just stand there! Start helping us lick the kits! She said, Taking the brown kitand licking her. Mistywater, what one do you want to name? I'm naming this one Robinkit, because her pelt is the color of a Robin. |
