Here's what I thought of:
All will end
Except for 4
The four of
Sun
Earth
Frost
Moon
But another will rise
On the coming Leafbare
And all will fight
I don't like it much, but it might work!

Like, four clans would survive then another would come up and all the Clans would join together to fight, like in "Warriors: Book6" (Don't remember the name of it)
