A small black she-cat perched on the white fence behind her two-legs nest. Her unseeing eyes staring towards the forest. She sighed. Recently, she'd felt a need for the forest. She breathed deeply, savoring the slight smell of trees and moss. Her clouded amber eyes turned towards the two-leg nest as the two kits ran out. "Amber! hey there girl!" one called. Amber sighed and stole one last scent of the forest. "Good kitty" the older kit said as it picked Amber up and carried her to the house. Amber wanted to stay outside, but she didn't want to hurt the kit. She grinned when the kit carried her to the porch and set her down i none of the chairs. Curling up, she slept.
