i sighed softly to myself. the air was dry and the sky was clear. the sunlight poured down around me. i smiled softly and laid down by myself. my ear flicked at the sound of leaves shifting behind me. i frowned when i looked over towards a group of kits who were playing merrily. i stayed where i was and laid my head on my paws. i sighed softly and frowned to myself. i closed my eyes and i gasped in shock with what i saw.
the memories of the fox flooded into my memorie and i stood up, stumbling backward head over heels. i growled in shock and surprise. i collasped to the ground where i had stumbled and just laid there.
my family; where were they now? my brothers and sister. had they all died in the forest? had i been the only one to survive? or had they gotten lost; wandering alone in the forest. i shivered at the thought of it. i hoped they would all end up here. but when they would, i didn't know. i just prayed to starclan they would come and we would be an actual family again.
