Bramblekit walked out of the nursery silently. She stalked towards the medicine cats den and stopped. She smelled mouse. She zoomed towards the fresh kill pile. "Im hungry, soooo... mouse." Bramblekit said, picking up a mouse. "I wonder what these thengs even taste like..." she said quietly, leaning in to name a bite.

Adderpaw left the medicine cat den, scenting milk. She swiveled her head around and spotted Bramblekit picking up a mouse. She dashed over and put her paw down on the tail, making the mouse stay on the ground. "What do you think you're doing?"

Bramblekit looked up at the apprentice. Just what she needed, another cat bigger then her ready to annoy her and ruin her day. "Eating a mouse. What do you think im doing, eating dirt?" Bramblekit mewed sarcastically. She sat up and stared at the apprentice as if she were waiting for it to take its paw off the mouse.

Softkit bounded out of the nursery after noticing her sister, Bramblekit had left as well. looking around, the young kit grinned as she saw Adderpaw and Bramblekit by the fresh kill pile. She bounded over and heard Bramblekit talking. '-Eating dirt.' she heard her sister say. She gasped dramatically and ran over to them. "Your eating dirt! Ewww! That CAN'T be good for you Bramblekit! DON'T DO IT!" she squeaked, eyes wide wide with horror. "So, how are you today Adderpaw?" she said, sitting down and smoothing out her black striped white fur. |

Bramblekit rolled her eyes. "Im not eating dirt, I wanted to see what a mouse tastes like!" she mewed, annoyed. She had to admit that Softkit WAS pretty funny, but that would pretty much ruin her reputation for being the most sarcastic kit in the nursery.

Adderpaw glared at Bramblekit. "You shouldn't try freshkill without your mother's say so." She picked up the mouse in her jaws and trotted back into the medicine den.
