Sleetpads woked early that morning, looking at the 13 kits that are now a moon old. There was Eaglekit, Moonkit, Softkit, Redkit, Bramblekit, Swiftkit, Pantherkit, Rockkit, Dappledkit, Stripekit, Flarekit, Twistkit, and Bearkit.
Purring Sleetpads looked down at the kits.
"Wake up little ones, lets not sleep the day away."
Instantly Swiftkit bounced up. "I've been waiting for that!" he huffed. "C'mon up! Up!"

Twistkit

The brown tabby tom laid still for a moment, pretending as though he was still sleeping. He had been like that for awhile now, laying as still as a rock. He hadn't wanted to wake up his 12 littermates. Maybe if he has less siblings he could have jumped up and startled them all out of their sleep. But the angry mutters and complaints he imagined would come...12 mouths was a lot. Twistkit cracked open one eye, tensing. He leaped to his paws, tail and ears pricked. "Finally!"

Pantherkit jumped up from her spot on the edge of her siblings. Her blue-green eyes shone with their typical mischief, and she grinned, reflecting that mischief. "Oh boy oh boy oh boy! What should we do today?" she mewed to no one in particular. She began bouncing around the nursery, careful to dodge around Ashfire and her kits. The dark grey tabby wasn't hyper, you didn't want to be around when she was. No, this was typical Pantherkit.

Awoken by the jostling around her, Moonkit opened her eyes. Unlike the rest of her litter, she had actually been sleeping. To her, sleep was a safe haven away from the harsh world where she could believe, if only for a short time, that she was normal.

To escape the possibility of being trampled by some unobservant kit, Moonkit sat up and moved away from the large group. Her eyes followed Pantherkit, her sister with more energy than any kit should have, as she bounced around the den and her face was almost graced with a smile. As the others awoken, she could not help but wonder if her mother, who in her mind was overprotective, might allow her out of the nursery today.

~Flarekit opened his eyes, and slowly moved away from his littermates. Normally, a cat from such a large litter would love company. Flarekit was a very big exception to this rule. He hated being a member of such a large family. And it alwasy seemed to him that they always wanted to talk to him. All at the same time. He would rather sit by himself, away from all others, just himself and the forest... But that would never happen. He could not leave his family or clan. All he could do was try and make it to 6 moons. Only 5 moons to go.... then he could hang out by himself all the time. He could always say that he was hunting. Only 5 more moons to go....~

"Finally !" Swiftkit jumped up again and bounded for the intrance. He considered himself the leader of the mini clan. KitClan! "I have an idea! we could be a mini clan! Theres enough for a mini kit clan! It could be Forest Clan! I call leader! Swiftstar! Yeah!' he blurted quickly.

Redkit slowly opened his eyes. I don't wanna get up! he was yelling in his mind. Stiffly, he got up and stretched. Man, his litter was big...12 kits! "Rawr!" he squeaked and pounced on Swiftkit. "I want to be leader!" Redkit complained.

Twistkit

The brown tabby followed his brother's movements with his pale yellow eyes, slightly annoyed that Swiftkit was already acting as though he was the oldest and was the boss of all of them. He himself didn't exactly like the thought of leadHe personally didn't like having to follow one specific cat. Unpredictability was his game.

Swiftkit, stronger than his slightly younger brother, Redkit, pushed him off. "You can be deputy!" he meowed happily. Too excited for agruements. "Twistkit! You can be my Aprrentice" he growled ramming twistkit in his side.

"Oof," Redkit muttered under his breath when Swiftkit knocked him over. "Okay!" he squeaked in excitement, as if this were the making of a new clan. It's possible... the 1 moon old kit though. "Wait...I need an apprentice!" he exclaimed. He stared at Bramblekit. "You are Redmoon's apprentice! And yes, I just named myself!"
