Lightfeather sat on the edge of a cliff, watching the sky as the sun went down. She kept her ears alert, just in case another cat came up.

Blazefire padded up to the edge of the cliff to look at the beautiful view and noticed Lightfeather. "Oh, hello Lightfeather. Beautiful day, isn't it?" he asked. But all he could look at was the gorgeous she-cat in front of him.

She felt as if she were happy for the first time.
