1. How much is it to buy a board?
2. If I can afford it then can I open a board where people can request pre-made bios? All they have to do is fill in the RP Sample, and give me the cats name and I'll make a bio for them.

Extremely sorry for double posting, but I wanted a board in the shops, and I've read that it was like $1000 dollars for one. which is it? $250, or $1000?

I had to pay $1,000 dollars for the skin/graphics shop that I have, but I don't know if they have changed the prices.
