Yet another Naming ceremony

(This is a few days after the other one lol)

Dragonstar leaped upon her ledge, from whence she could see her entire Clan gathered before her. But they were not there yet. All cats old enough to catch their own prey gather here beneath the High Ledge for a Clan meeting! Her soft call echoed off of the walls, sending the message deep down into the tunnels. There was no need to shout - the abundance of rock did that for you. She waited for the Clan to gather, standing impressively two or three tail lengths above the tallest cat's head.

Rockleafe emerged from the warriors den.She looked around the camped for Brackenclaw.She growled.He waswith Sleetpads AGAIN, fire burnd in her eyes and she hoped her leader couldnt see it (which means you do). She padded to the front of the clan and watched the leader look around.She purred, knwing this is the day angelit becomes Angelpaw.She soon found her self gazing at Brackenclaw and again hoped , dagonstar couldnt see it, (agan u do) Brackenclaw stood up and walked over to a shaded spot and Sleepads soon joined him.
Rockleafe growled inwardly.She looked up at her leader un able to wipe the mad and hateful looked of her face.(see it EMBER!)

Rockleafe ganced at the kit.
"Youre becoming an apprentice today aren't you?"she purred almost asured of being her mentor.

anglekit's eyes were growing wider as the thought of being an apprentice raced though her mind "huh i don't know" angelkit told the warrior

"Well, that's what Dragonstar told me, you're the new Apprentice" she mewed proudy"And guess who might be your mentor" she smiled trying to give it away.

Rosepaw ran out of the elder's den, happy to get a moment out of there. She was checking for ticks, so mouse bile was still on her paws. She made a mental note to herself not to lick her paw anytime during the ceremony. She looked at the kit out in the front, smiling slightly. She knew this kit well. She was known as Angelkit. Angelkit was a friendly, white, motherly like kit Rosepaw enjoyed playing with. She wrapped her tail around her body to see when Dragonstar would contiune.

Dragonstar looked down upon her Clan, their impressive numbers swelling as other patrols returned. She watched, her eyes glinting, as Rockleafe glared at her sister. Honestly, she didn't want to know what was coming between them, and just as well. Turning back to the other cats, she meowed, "today we are here to show that our Clan is strong. Today we need to start a kit onto her journey towards being a great and respected warrior of our Clan!" Her giant head swiveled over to where she saw Angelkit talking with Rockleafe. Dragonstar hoped that she hadn't told the little kit anything... "Angelkit. You are 6 moons, it is now time for you to become an apprentice. Come forward." she said, flicking her tail first towards the audience then back behind her.

angelkits eye were growing wider as rockeleafe spoke " really?" angelkit asked and her eyes were growing even wider once dragonstar said to come forward so she did

Darkchaos had no right to just abandon me like that. *Darkpaw mumbled to herself as she glowered at the new apprentice. She still had no idea what had happened to her Mentor, but one day, just POOF! and he wasn't there. With her ears flat against her head, she looked around. Just when she had began to like her mentor, he was gone. Darkpaw flexed her claws in the ground angrily and continued to mumble to herself.* Since Darkchaos abandoned me, Dragonstar should make me a warrior. If I was a warrior, I wouldn't abandon my apprentice like Darkchaos did to me.

Dragonstar nodded, filled with pride. Her Clan would not be short on warriors this Greenleaf! "From this day forward, until you receive your warrior name, you will be known as Angelpaw, to signify the path that your paws now follow. Your mentor will be Rockleafe." she meowed. Pausing, tail erect as she waited for the mentor and apprentice to touch noses, she then continued. "Darkpaw, since your mentor has...left, and you must continue your training, I will assign you a new mentor immediately. I will train you from this day forward." She knew that most of these cats had been kits in the nursery when she had had an apprentice last. Dragonstar raised her head, and then leaped down from the highrock, waiting for her new apprentice to acknowledge her new mentor.

Firepaw

His purple eyes widened in surprise as Dragonstar gave Darkpaw her new mentor. What!? The clan leader is going to mentor her? That's not fair!Firepaw glanced at his clanmate, wondering what she was thinking. Surely she would be excited. Maybe she's even glad Darkchaos left. Firepaw's pelt prickled with envy. Wow...I wish Dragonstar was my mentor. Brackenclaw's always too busy to train me. Flirting with Rockleaf and Dawncloud.

The ginger apprentice sighed.

Rockjaw purred as he came to sit below the ledge. This clan was growing! Though he missed Rockleafe, he knew she would have been a great mentor. "So Dragonstar willl mentor Darkpaw eh?" he mumbled to himself. "Theres a good leader..."

~Darkpaw heard her name, and listened carefully. Her jaw dropped. She was going to be mentored by the leader of Earthclan! Her eyes were wide. Then, a thought struck her. The leader. She would probably be even more intent on keeping to the rules, even if the rules decreed that no mice shall ever be eaten by a clan cat again.~

The flame furred apprentice bounded toward Darkpaw. "I wish Dragonstar was my mentor," Firepaw chirped. "My current mentor's always to busy." He padded around in circles. "Who knows what special moves he might know?"
