Why we should let you be a staff: I think I should be staff because I am an oganized young lady . my mom swares I'm a 25 yr old secratary with lots of expirience.I like order and fun . I love rules. Though I am nown to bend them a bit on certain occations for vary good reasons. I also rp a deputy . I think that me being a deputy and a mod wuld be great for my roleplaying action.
Experience: I have made many boards and sold them or used them . My current one is ''K-9 and The Works'' It's still in contruction.
HTML Knowledge: Not much.
Skills: my skills I can do pretty much anything except html codes . I don't know much about them . Though if some one were to tech me .. maybe I would be able to do anything to help.
Site Rules: Yes I am.
What would you do: I would do anything I'm asked of with out objection. I would make sure his place is safe not only for younger kids but adults too. I would ban anyone breaking the rules more than once or pending on the rule.I know how proboards functions and how to make boards and such. I know the skins and back rounds. I'm pretty

Mosaic , not to be rude or anything , but I have had more ideas for the site and donated money to the bank , and I have auditioned first . I am an excellent role player for my age and I really wanted to be apart of the teem and help the site more. I now understand HTML codes a lot now . I don't think it's unfair that Burnt Pelt got to be a mod when I auditioned first and I have a bit more experience with boards than she does. I haven't been active the past week , but that because there was almost a death in my family , but I'm not going into that . Personal.
However , I do believe it is unfair .I do agree with what Burnt Pelt said is true about learning about being a mod and stuff . Though , an inexperienced person on the team at the most critical time in a sites development is the beginning and plus you are going to be gone for a bit , so , maybe a more experienced person in place or help would be best . I , for one , have a lot of experience with boards . My first site was 3 years ago and it was well ruined for about a year until I went on a vacation with my family and my moderators let it go down and get hacked. But , I have way more experience with boards than burnt Pelt and I have been a member longer and if it wasn't for me , she would have never found the site .

Okiay first of all, this was unfair.

You can't prevent staff from posting on locked threads. And look, face it Rockleafe, what the site needs right now is kind, caring staff that will listen to those with higher powers then them. I don't call what you've said here 'kind'. And experience doesn't matter. Being staff is easy to pickup on. The first time i was staff was about 5 months ago, back when I was fairly new to RPing. The site died because of inactivity, and we'd never drawn many members because our head admin was like...never on. Anyways. I was co-admin, and the head admin informed me that I was one of the best staff members she'd ever found on a site. That was my FIRST staff job, and i got that compliment about three days after I was appointed co-admin. So don't go saying that you need experience to be staff.

*sighs* It's okay. It jst really bothers me that I was the first active member, I was made a g-mod, and then because of you Morning made me a mod. I have nothing against you, or Morning, I just think Morning is being a little unfair. Especially since she told me she would raise my staff position.
