The tiny tom cat trudged slowly through the woods, the other two ex-kittypets with him. They had only just left awhile ago, and already he was getting tired. He had no idea where they were going, but at least it wasn't the same old boring life as a kittypet.

Amber nodded as the other two cats agreed to stop. She padded towards the stream, placing her paws carefully until she felt the water on them. She lowered her head and drank deeply. She lifted her head and licked her lips as the water dripped from her chin. She backed up a bit and lay down, twitching her ears to pick up all the sounds around her. |
