Pantherstrike followed the scent trail, and ended up at a rabbit hole. "Kits, come out. I know you're here," the panther like cat meowed.

Eaglekit looked at Redkit for guidance, but just saw a blank stare. He waited for Redkit to do something first.

There was silence and stillness for a moment, but soon, Redkit got up, and walked out to confront Pantherstrike. He flicked his tail, singnaling Eaglekit to get out here with him. "Greetings, Pantherstrike," the tiger coated kit mewed, and hung his head down.
"Hello, young kits," Pantherstrike replied, in a friendly tone, not mad or anything. "I'm surprised to see you out here. What are you doing all by yourself? And did you two kill that rabbit back a few fox-lengths back?" He said, the words spilling out of his mouth.

Eaglekit slowly padded out of the rabbit hole, surprised by Pantherstrike's tone of voice. "Y-Yes. Yes, we did! And i was asking Twistkit if he would come with me, but he didn't answer, and Redkit heard and wanted to come, so we left, then i spotted the rabbit. We crept up behind it and pounced! I was doing fine but then Redkit pushed me off of the rabbit as he bit it's neck for the kill. We were both surprised by that, and then we had a race! Then you showed up, and so on...." Eaglekit bursted out.

Redkit nodded. "Yes, what my brother said is true."
"Impressive. You two are lucky you didn't get hurt. Now let's get going back to camp," Pantherstrike meowed.
